“I drop off once every couple weeks. The staff is always nice and friendly and they take care of my laundry with efficiency and attention to detail making sure everything is folded neatly. They have fair pricing and usually have my drop offs done in the same day. I have been going here for almost a year and will continue to do so.”

“I was really impressed with this Highland Cleaners location. There turnaround time right after Christmas was extremely fast- my clothes were ready the next day, and they did a great job. It was also much less expensive than I was expecting. I had 2 blazers, a long wool coat, and a sweater cleaned for $50. Each blazer and the sweater were about $10 each and the coat was $20. Will definitely be using them again.”
“Super impressed with this company, its associates, management (Lake Forest location), and their owner. My wife & I are new in town and an issue arose with one of my dress shirts after being cleaned. Additionally, the recent (uncharacteristically heavy) snow led to local businesses shutting down (including Highland) and dry cleaning delays.
Store management make sure the issue with my shirt was resolved at no extra charge, and the owner reached out to me personally to make sure I received my dry cleaning in time for work travel tomorrow. Excellent service! Highly recommend.”

“It was clean and people were nice but it only had big washers and I need the smaller ones. It looks like everyone is getting rid of the smaller ones and going to bigger ones. I need 1load at a time I don't put ally clothes in one washer”
“Best Price! Shirt- $3.65, Pants-$7.25, 2pcs Suit-$16.85, Blouse-$6.95, Overcoat-$16.50. Professional service and kind staffs... one of cleaners I trust. One of good thing is that they keep the schedule, usually three-day of circulations from drop-off to pick-up. So I visit here on Thursday and revisit on Monday. It is convenient time-schedule. The other thing is the best quality of dry cleaning that I have ever gotten. They are professional in every aspect. I also like their press on my shirts. It is fantastic!”

“MAJ has altered 3 prom dresses a wedding dress and 4 bridesmaid dresses for me a couple of these were major alterations and you cant even tell the dresses weren't made that way. They do an unbelievable job for a very fair price. The wedding dress was a quarter of what David's Bridal quoted us for the alterations”

“Excellent laundry. Well maintained, very clean. Machines are very fast, usually in and out in just over an hour. Only drawback is they have wifi but claim the router isn't working, likely due to the some of the dodgy people that hang out around there. My opinion is still the same. Excellent laundry.
