I had such a great experience at Smokers Outlet in New Albany! Crystal helped me out and she is amazing — she knows the entire store, all the prices, and has actually tried the products herself. That made a huge difference because she could tell me exactly what to expect flavor-wise and quality-wise, which you just don’t get at most other shops. The atmosphere was really welcoming, even the other customers were friendly while I was there. Prices are fair, and with Crystal’s knowledge and great recommendations, I found exactly what I needed and I love it. Definitely my new go-to spot!”
“My bestie and I walked in after buying our very first pipes from the Kentucky ren faire and no clue what we were looking for in a tobacco. Jay was not only so welcoming, but also incredibly helpful. He went through all of their loose tobacco to let us smell and sample and find exactly what we'd like. We ended up buying three single-ounce bags of different blends: 1866, Iron Mountain, and Pearl Street. Bestie's from out of state, but I'll definitely be back to shop and talk pipes once I'm through with my stash”
