“Pretty decent for the most part. Great prices. Good service. But, I've come to expect the clerks are generally high as Hell. It might take 2 or 3 tries before they get your order right. But, what do you really expect from here? Especially for what they're paying employees. DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ORDER. This in no way means this is a bad place. It's not. I visit twice a month. It helps if you know what to expect, though.”

I had such a great experience at Smokers Outlet in New Albany! Crystal helped me out and she is amazing — she knows the entire store, all the prices, and has actually tried the products herself. That made a huge difference because she could tell me exactly what to expect flavor-wise and quality-wise, which you just don’t get at most other shops. The atmosphere was really welcoming, even the other customers were friendly while I was there. Prices are fair, and with Crystal’s knowledge and great recommendations, I found exactly what I needed and I love it. Definitely my new go-to spot!”

“This is an absolutely great store, in my opinion the best metaphysical / smoke shop / adult store that the Tri-State area has. The owner Scott is always super friendly and knowledgeable as is his staff. I've never seen anyone have an issue in there and I've never seen them asked a question they didn't know the answer to. It's like they All have interest in the things that actually sold there too so that gives it a better experience knowing that they have some expertise and what they're selling. But for me personally the number one selling point is the numerous variety and amount of tarot / Oracle cards Scott has for sale no other store has this no story and specializes or any kind of bookstore or half price books or if it matter anything in town has the sheer amount of variety and amount and he mixes it up and orders new things constantly. If you're into crystals, jewelry, Wiccan things metaphysical things or especially Oracle or tarot this is your store❤️”
