“Bought a watch and tried some cigars. Owner was nice and both the environment and the atmosphere was great. Customers were very polite and friendly. The place was very clean and relaxing. I'm definitely going to go back. Anyone who hasn't visited should give it at least one try.”

“Very nice staff, huge selections of vapes and moderately priced. They are now open 24/7 but you can't enter the store after 12 midnight. You can get service by using the walk up window and pressing the button. I think it's awesome that they stay open all the time ❤”

I had such a great experience at Smokers Outlet in New Albany! Crystal helped me out and she is amazing — she knows the entire store, all the prices, and has actually tried the products herself. That made a huge difference because she could tell me exactly what to expect flavor-wise and quality-wise, which you just don’t get at most other shops. The atmosphere was really welcoming, even the other customers were friendly while I was there. Prices are fair, and with Crystal’s knowledge and great recommendations, I found exactly what I needed and I love it. Definitely my new go-to spot!”
