“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had such a great experience at Smokers Outlet in New Albany! Crystal helped me out and she is amazing — she knows the entire store, all the prices, and has actually tried the products herself. That made a huge difference because she could tell me exactly what to expect flavor-wise and quality-wise, which you just don’t get at most other shops. The atmosphere was really welcoming, even the other customers were friendly while I was there. Prices are fair, and with Crystal’s knowledge and great recommendations, I found exactly what I needed and I love it. Definitely my new go-to spot!”
“Amazing customer service! If you like to smoke from a pipe, they have a nice selection of REAL loose leaf tobacco for you! They also have a humidor with a great selection of cigars. They are really great, and I highly recommend giving them a visit!”
“This place is awesome! They have everything you need and more! Great customer service along with Great Prices! Awesome selection for you to choose from! Very impressed 👏 👌 👍”
“This is a wholesale location with a service counter that goes to their warehouse. You must have a tax ID to shop here, but they are all kind people and easy to work with. I would reccomend them to any small convenience stores, gas stations etc.”

“Great customer service and the prices are definitely reasonable, I called 2 days ago looking for coastal clouds vape oil, and the clerk remembered my phone call and had every oil I was looking for in stock.
Thank you.”
“Very nice staff, huge selections of vapes and moderately priced. They are now open 24/7 but you can't enter the store after 12 midnight. You can get service by using the walk up window and pressing the button. I think it's awesome that they stay open all the time ❤”
“The owners and people who work there are super nice, If you have any questions about anything they are more than happier to answer them. If you ask the help with how much things are they'll tell you no problem. I love all their smoking stuff they have in there It is so cute.”
