Note they do NOT do passport walk ins here despite what the website says. But one extra star for them being helpful in getting an appointment scheduled.

Really wish the mailman would close our mailbox. When he didn't close it yesterday he literally waved it off. Thanks, I love wet destroyed mail.

We had the best experience with Ed at the New Albany office this morning. He was very polite with my 4 year old while he was getting his passport picture and explained the process to us thoroughly.
