Amador cabreraMy wife and I walk to this store. For new phoneWas a man and girl working there. The guy was so bad. He tell me he cann’t scan my id because is something wrong with my id and I said no is nothing wrong I just buy 2 phones here like month ago I said is probably your system. He got mad He ask to leave the store because he is calling the police and I said ok he is screaming me and my wife. He said he have all us information he will do something with itSo far i know the is illegal. For a company share costumer informationHe said I will be arrested because I’m trespassing and I said how in trespassing in public store is open and is the company I have my account.I come to Muncie store. They take care of us with out any problems.

I tried to buy 3 TB Apple phones. When I called and asked if they had them available in the store and put me on hold three times in a row the third time I said, can you please just answer if you have the phones available he said I don’t have time to talk to you and hung up on me. Anybody that’s not rude to somebody on the phone could only be worse in person. There are too many retailers to put up with rude people.

Get nicer employees. Lady I just talked to on the phone was rude as hell & when I thanked her, she just hung up. If you hate your job, find something better. Geez.

There are not adequate words to describe the wonderful customer service I received today from Zach and Cain (sp). I was having trouble with my new iPhone set up. I stopped in the store to see if someone could help. They helped me far more than I could have hoped for by their patience and persistence. Everything was complicated from the new eSim transfer process, to my old phone needing and update, than lastly my brand new phone requiring an update. I had been struggling for hours at home and was so frustrated. The two of them took time to help me figure out passwords, set new ones up and every other thing. For this older woman they were truly heroes today! At&t is fortunate to have them.

They said I pay my bill I get a smart watch they lied and said first bill would be 80 dollars it was 160 and when I told them what they said they acted like I was wrong I never got help and never will the customer is never right but when u tell them the right info they get mad all they wanna do is jack up prices so they can make money

I couldn’t buy my phone out right. The price of the phone had to be added to my bill. The people that helped me were great. I also have to carry insurance on the phone for two weeks. Which is $15 had I been able to pay cash for the phone. I wouldn’t of gotten screwed on having to buy insurance.

Lindsey saved the day today! I had a horrible time working with AT&T Customer Service on the phone. I came in at my wit's end and Lindsey was a rock star! She did everything she could and made me feel so much better when I left! THANK YOU! YOU'RE AWESOME!
