You never know what kind of experience you're going to get when you walk in. I researched my part online before walking in. I found out that the online price was over $20 cheaper than in-store for the exact same part. When questioning the employee about online purchases he had no idea how it worked. He told that it could only be shipped to my house which I knew was incorrect from earlier research. I knew Autozone was my only option because Advanced and O'Reillys were both out of stock or I would have left right then. Luckily when returning to pick up my online purchase a different employee helped me and changed the total experience or I would've given just 1 star. So good on Autozone for having good inventory program and at least 1 employee worth dealing with.

Overpriced, unknowledgeable, generally unhelpful. I’ve had a handful of bad experiences in Auto Zone in New Castle. I won’t be back, you want better quality parts go to Advance auto or ORiellys, better priced items, go to Walmart. At least Walmart isn’t as rude as the employees here. “Walmart isn’t their competitor” is what they told me so by all means save yourself money, getting my business is nothing to them.

The only time I really interact with this place, it's when I'm with my dad. The employees here are always so nice and very professional and always more than happy to help at any chance! I've never had a bad experience with this place!!

Guy behind the counter made sure to let me know he was particularly not thrilled that I had called the day before and they had ordered the part and then called me when it came in. Asked me to look at all the boxes on the wall to see if I could find my part becusse he believed that I didn’t have a part ordered. I found it and he printed the receipt all was good

Ordered a door lock switch which I paid $77+ for on July 18th, 2022. Ended up not needing it and returned within minutes of purchase. The attendant flipped the screen around to see if I could identify a different part it might be. They were all the same and less than half what I paid, so they intentionally sold me the most expensive one. It's August 8th, 2022 and my refund is not in my bank account yet. I will shop elsewhere

Huge thank you to Rob and Terry for putting my windshield wiper back on in the 40-degree pouring rain! They were even able to find a spare attachment so I didn’t have to buy a whole new set. They’re the best!
