I just want to say how much I appreciate your New Castle location. My parents have banked with you for years. My father has dementia and they always take care of him. Everyone was so friendly. Keep up the great work. Thank you for always watching it for him

Always friendly and tries everything possible to help out even when they can't do exactly what I need done. Always smiles and most of them know me either by face or name. I will never go to any bank. Best bank to go to.
