“I had bought a phone from Meijer just as a quick fix because I shattered my other phone. With already alot going on of course I was having issues with activating my device....I called the store in Anderson and the dude was rude to me so I told him nevermind. Finally I called New castle store & Autumn answered I explained everything and she stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes!!!!!@ she was amazing and got my device up and running and even messaged me afterwards to make sure everything was running smooth. As a manager in customer service I had to come and do a review on Autumn she was very customer oriented fast and pleasantly nice! Thank you again Autumn!”

I’d been struggling with my (older) laptop for months, it was running so slow ….and figured my next move was a new one. stopped in here, and talked with the staff, and they could have sold me a new one, but said they’d take a look.
