“There are not adequate words to describe the wonderful customer service I received today from Zach and Cain (sp). I was having trouble with my new iPhone set up. I stopped in the store to see if someone could help. They helped me far more than I could have hoped for by their patience and persistence. Everything was complicated from the new eSim transfer process, to my old phone needing and update, than lastly my brand new phone requiring an update. I had been struggling for hours at home and was so frustrated. The two of them took time to help me figure out passwords, set new ones up and every other thing. For this older woman they were truly heroes today! At&t is fortunate to have them.”
