I've been is this store before with my sisters phone issues and didn't have the good results I had today.. Anthony did a great job, you need more staff members like him.”
“I had bought a phone from Meijer just as a quick fix because I shattered my other phone. With already alot going on of course I was having issues with activating my device....I called the store in Anderson and the dude was rude to me so I told him nevermind. Finally I called New castle store & Autumn answered I explained everything and she stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes!!!!!@ she was amazing and got my device up and running and even messaged me afterwards to make sure everything was running smooth. As a manager in customer service I had to come and do a review on Autumn she was very customer oriented fast and pleasantly nice! Thank you again Autumn!”
