“I cannot recommend this store and staff member Richard enough. I am not from new castle and had rented a trenching machine from somewhere else in my town weeks prior and they canceled on me last minute and gave the machine to someone else instead. I call the new castle gillmans store in a panic because I was on a tight schedule to get this job done and Richard got to work and set me right up right away. He quickly got me the trenching machine ready, loaded it on a trailer for me, changed my ball on my hitch for me to be able to pull it and all for a great price. It worked great and got the job done on right on time. He was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend him and this company and will be using them for our needs in the future”
