My husband called them today concerning an electric tiller. He got to talk to Ellen, the assistant manager for approximately 20 minutes on pricing, warranties, etc. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help. He compared talking to her with his experience at Lowes and he is so much happier with this store.
