The United States Postal Service is a place with both positive and negative experiences. The staff at this post office are generally friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond, especially when it comes to passport applications and handling packages. Customers appreciate the staff's kindness, willingness to open extra windows during long lines, and their overall good customer service. However, there are concerns about the mail carrier on the North side of town, who is often rude and unwilling to deliver mail unless cars are moved out of the way. Customers feel the carrier prefers to stay in the truck and not walk to deliver mail, which they find frustrating. Despite this issue, the carriers who do come to homes are praised for their care and handling of packages, always doing a great job whether they are regular or substitute carriers.

I frequent this post office 2-3 times a week for work. The staff is friendly and helpful. They open the side door/window when lines are long and they have staff to do it. I appreciate all they do.
