“Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean (the floors were a little dusty but by far cleaner than others I’ve seen these past two years!) Good coffee and a better breakfast than most, and coffee pots and pods in the room. Could have used a couple more towels. All in all a pleasant stay. I would stay here again. Most I would not (voluntarily).Rooms: The rooms are nice and clean, neat and comfy. They even have room service, which is difficult to find! Many places deliver.Walkability: Great walking areas, stay away from those attacking geese.Food & drinks: See review for more details. The restaurant on the way in the drive on the right is great!Noteworthy details: Those geese! See other parts of this review.”

“Nice comfy bed,big nice hot shower, although they are a pet friendly hotel,so the bathroom did smell like wet dog.The front entrance has a pull up of only 2-3 cars,so valet is your best bet at $25.Not so kid friendly, but eating places are close by. ($$)Would be fine for single people or travelers . Construction going on next door.”

“I have almost no complaints about this place. It was an especially busy weekend with a lot of travelers, but they kept up. Place was very clean, there was always someone manning the front desk, requests were handled quickly with a smile. If I had to pick something, the rooms didn't have a lot of light in the bed area and the TV was offset a little oddly in relation to everything in the room. The pool is a little smaller than one usually sees, but they're workout room is great. If those are the worst I can say about the place, then there's really not much to say. The complimentary breakfasts were good too with quite a bit of variety.Nearby activities: There is a lot to do right near the place. Shops, family entertainment, restaurants, pretty much anything you might be looking for.”

“Comfortable bed and pillows. Very spacious layout. Mini fridge and microwave nice. Ironing board. Great location. Breakfast was a total joke. No milk for cereal, uncooked potatoes, sausage disgusting, weak cereal options. Spacious dinning area but there was no staff at the desk to bring out the milk. Overall good value.”

“What an absolutely luxurious establishment! The valet parking was wonderful, and they took care of my 2022 Rolls Royce Phantom. They offered me an abundance of delicacies and some premium champagne as well! The beds, sheets, and pillows were all Louis Vuitton, and there was even a beautiful perch for my dog, who is a Samoyed that's worth $14,000. On top of that, they have a stunning casino, Olympic size pool, and a huge sauna! Did I mention the tv's were roughly 86 inches in stunning 8k Q-LED? I believe this place is miles better than the Beverly Hills Hotel or any Ritz Carleton, for that matter. If you get the once in a lifetime chance to go here, do it! Worth every penny.Rooms: As I mentioned, the rooms of this fine place are very well laid out, and everything is painstakingly thought out and even handcrafted! When you first step into any room, you will immediately smell luxury. There's simply no other way to describe it.”

“Rooms are spacious and clean. There's a fee for dogs to stay, which is unfortunate. I will stay at a different location if I am back in the area for a dog show where my dogs are with me. Parking lot was a mess, & there was garbage outside my door in a plastic sack. Unfortunately there are residents, and it was a bit noisy, but it quieted down by 10:00 p.m. I only got one bath towel and one washcloth in the room, no hand towels or bath mat. There was an outlet with two USB ports in the kitchen, but there were very few outlets overall in the room. I could not plug in my phone near the bed because there were no outlets. The TV worked great. The couch was comfortable. I only got two small pillows for the king size bed, and I had to get a blanket from my car. Air conditioner worked great. Fridge worked great. The office chair was quite nice. I will stay there again, but definitely not if I have to pay a fee for dogs.Food & drinks: Breakfast was not available in the morning, like it said on the website.”
