“My fiancé and I have been working with Sydney to pick out the perfect pieces for our upcoming wedding. First, she created a custom engagement ring for me and it was everything I wanted and more. We then returned for our wedding bands. After sending Sydney some pictures of what we wanted, she had the perfect pieces hand selected for us at our appointment. She even ordered a specific band for me to see in person and it was the one that I ultimately chose. You can tell that Sydney is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise while also making your time with her fun and laid back. Never once did we feel pressured by her. “My wife customized my ring back in 21 from this place. A few days ago, one of my side diamonds fell out. I went into the store, dropped it off. Next day, they called me, told me my ring was ready. When I looked at the ring inside it looked fine! I went outside as we were leaving I looked at it again, I noticed how different it was compared to my other diamonds. Not only cloudy but really yellow! SO PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR DIAMONDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE the parking lot!The owner apologized and told me he would have to order a diamond that goes with mine and wouldn't be here for another 3-4 days. Which I was fine with. Just wanted it done right. Was never in a hurry. The NEXT DAY so yesterday, he called me and told me it was ready again.. I was honestly REALLY sketched out about this place after the first time seeing my ring. My mom recommended them to my wife. Once we got there. I could tell a huge difference once I was outside! The owner fixed his mistake! So just for that I'll give this place 5 stars! It's a little cloudier clarity then the others, but the color is the same to the naked eye and that's all I care about!”

“I've purchased quite a few different types of items from B & B. I like that they have a layaway option. I've gotten musical equipment, tools, a bike. I've never been disappointed. One piece of musical equipment had an issue that wasn't noticeable until I got it home and was cleaning and prepping it, and B & B took it back and I was able to keep the money on my account and use it for anything else.The tools have been used many times and no issues with them.The bike was a pleasant surprise. I put it in layaway and they were 100% up front about a part that would need replaced. I was totally prepared to replace it myself. I was buying it for someone else and they were supposed to make the last payment and pick up. Well, B & B ended up replacing the part and didn't ask for any more money. I thought that was great service.Whenever I'm interested in buying something, I always check to see if B & B has what I needed before going elsewhere.”

“There are 2 guys that work there. They are awesome!!! Eric and Im so sorry I forgot the other mans name.But there is a woman that works there that is and was VERY pushy!!!Telling me that I could get my rings Separated even though my rings that I would like to upgrade came from somewhere else and have a warranty.She told me that the other jewelry store wouldnt know.Also telling me that we didnt need to put the warranty on the rings and I would have 1 year to put the warranty on them. Then saying we could call the card company to see if we can increase the card.I was sooo HAPPY WHEN one of the guys walked up and started to talk to me. Needless to say. I dont like to be Pressured into something or pushed!”
