“I just wanted to say how thrilled we were with the personalized service we received from Helena at the Glenbrook location. She was attentive and kind. She listened to everything and offered suggestions and direction. We ended up getting my solitaire custom made on a gold band with a platinum halo basket. When I couldn’t find the exact band I was looking for she said, hang on a sec, she walked to the opposite side of the store and came back with a gorgeous ring! I said, “Oh girl, that is it!” I shopped while my fiancé had champagne. It was such en enjoyable experience that Helena helped make perfect!”
