“My wife customized my ring back in 21 from this place. A few days ago, one of my side diamonds fell out. I went into the store, dropped it off. Next day, they called me, told me my ring was ready. When I looked at the ring inside it looked fine! I went outside as we were leaving I looked at it again, I noticed how different it was compared to my other diamonds. Not only cloudy but really yellow! SO PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR DIAMONDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE the parking lot!The owner apologized and told me he would have to order a diamond that goes with mine and wouldn't be here for another 3-4 days. Which I was fine with. Just wanted it done right. Was never in a hurry. The NEXT DAY so yesterday, he called me and told me it was ready again.. I was honestly REALLY sketched out about this place after the first time seeing my ring. My mom recommended them to my wife. Once we got there. I could tell a huge difference once I was outside! The owner fixed his mistake! So just for that I'll give this place 5 stars! It's a little cloudier clarity then the others, but the color is the same to the naked eye and that's all I care about!”

“I've purchased quite a few different types of items from B & B. I like that they have a layaway option. I've gotten musical equipment, tools, a bike. I've never been disappointed. One piece of musical equipment had an issue that wasn't noticeable until I got it home and was cleaning and prepping it, and B & B took it back and I was able to keep the money on my account and use it for anything else.The tools have been used many times and no issues with them.The bike was a pleasant surprise. I put it in layaway and they were 100% up front about a part that would need replaced. I was totally prepared to replace it myself. I was buying it for someone else and they were supposed to make the last payment and pick up. Well, B & B ended up replacing the part and didn't ask for any more money. I thought that was great service.Whenever I'm interested in buying something, I always check to see if B & B has what I needed before going elsewhere.”

Never had any issues and he seems to be a great guy.Most of the time, the work is done while you wait, but there was one instance when I took two watches (one for my watch, one for my wife) that needed new batteries. He told me to come back in an hour, so my wife and I went to Curly's and had a few beers and came back later. No problem.This morning, I came in to have a new watch band resized and he did it in just a few minutes while we discussed the weather. Now it fits perfectly and he only charged $6. And I paid in cash. Cash is king here.I'm a watch enthusiast with a 12-slot display box with different watches of varying price points that include automatics and quartz watches. I have all the confidence in the world that if any of them need repaired, Voors will do a great job.”
