“I had been bringing my Matilda here since she was born. Dr.Dass is amazing! When she was diagnosed with pyometra the Dr. called to checkon her and sent us a sympathy card when she passed. The techs are iffy at times some seem to care others not so much just my opinion though.”

“Today I really want to give a shout-out to the staff and service at Allen Vet Hospital. This is the second time I had to seek urgent treatment for my dog. I am amazed that I could not find a vet clinic that takes walk-ins. Thankfully the staff at New Haven Hospital was kind enough to tell me to try Allen Vet Hospital and I have no regrets. The facility was clean, the staff was really friendly, the service was great, and the bill was unexpectedly reasonable. In the last episode I had no choice but to go to the Emergency Hospital and that really dented my pocket after waiting for hours. It might have just been my lucky day but I had about a 15 min wait if so much at Allen today. I believe in giving credit where credit is due so today I applaud Allen Vet Hospital over by Waynedale. (They have a new address on Mill Run Rd).”

“Such a wonderful and caring vet! I took my sweet boy Ozzy here before he died and they did a wonderful job with his service. After he got hit by a car, I had called the Grabill Vet Clinic to let them know of his passing and that he is no longer a patient, as the lady on the phone was very sympathetic. Today, I received a card in the mail from the staff at Grabill showing how sorry each and everyone of them were for my kitty’s passing. Thank you guys so much! It brought tears to my eyes❤”

In the unfortunate circumstances of needing a pet put down, they are very understanding and supportive, they take all the time you need, they will take final pictures of you and your loved pet. They are very good at making a hard situation as comfortable as possible.

“Great place to get my fur babies vaccines and way cheaper than my vets office! My vets office wanted $90 for a 1 year rabies with exam. At Humane I paid $70 for the 1 year rabies, DHLPP, Heartworm test (it was negative) and the exam!”
“I was visiting from out of state and had occasion to have my elderly dog seen . I have lived a lot of places and been to a lot of vets . This is the best place I have ever been ! Dr Block was absolutely amazing and took so much time to make sure my dog got great care . The tech was just as amazing and was so good to my dog . I told my family members who live there all about it .”
