Two years ago I was in the same situation with an older van. I paid a place in Louisville quite a bit of money to replace the transmission and it failed again 6 months.
Had to trade the unpaid for van in with zero value to get a new vehicle….
So this time I was scared.
Thankfully I found Conrad’s and they offered me a one year unlimited mile warranty for not much more than the other place charged!
The van will be paid for in less than a year so this is a life saver!

“I first went in and spoke with Patricia, and immediately I couldn't have been more happy with the information and customer service provided by her. I continued to speak with her periodically until the insurance company finally got my car to the shop. After the vehicle arrived Patricia maintained and continued to keep communication with me. The final week of the project with Patricia out of the office, I spoke with Carl several times and the customer service continued to be excellent. Upon things getting wrapped up we stopped by early on the day of completion to go ahead and pay our portion. My son had to drive to the bank to get a money order because they don't accept debit cards, which I completely understand (they charge 10% of the total charge). Once we got things squared away and my son got his vehicle back we couldn't believe how good it looked and how well it drove. Thank you guys for the speedy process and the amazing outcome as well as everything in between. Dave made sure everything was taken care of and took responsibility for the damage done.he was very apologetic and check on things through the whole process. He paid for everything that needed fixed and also made sure I had a rental while it was being fixed. After about 30 minutes the manager walked by me and mentioned he thought I’d. even there a long time and they needed to get to me. I told him they had my car in a bay and were fixing my leaky tire.
