“I drove about an hour and a half to this location to shop for bathroom tile a few weeks ago. I spent about an hour on FaceTime with my husband walking around the store, trying to select tile for our home. My phone died before we decided, so I had to run out to my car for 10-15 minutes to charge it. When I went to walk back in to make my purchase, I realized they had just closed at 7pm.The absolute sweetest employee (I wish I had gotten her name) had just clocked out to leave, she stopped me as I was walking back to my car, defeated ready head all the way back home. She told me she had seen me walking throughout the store, she ended up calling the store manager on shift and told him the situation. Not only did they open up their doors and allow me to buy what I needed, the store manager offered and loaded everything in my vehicle for me, a true gentleman.Every single employee I encountered that evening was so nice and professional, I cannot recommend this place enough.
