“Great fast honest service
I asked for a battery change along with the charge port when I picked up the device I was told the charge port only needed a cleaning and wasn't charged for it”
“I mean this with all due respect - but you don’t often see wireless carrier stores with good reviews! Well this one earns it- relatively quick (things still take time but the people go between the tech as quickly as possible). Friendly people and knowledgeable staff. Getting an appointment is a good idea but we were able to walk in with no issues. I got my FIL a new 16e for $2 a month plus tax… no gimmicks- he walked out with a new phone for next to nothing on our existing lines. Great place.”

My issue however is with the training of staff at the Powers Communication Stores. Depending on whom you speak with you could be told any number of things. My advice call att ask them.”
