“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Henry. I’ve been going to VCA Parkdale for years and never thought I’d find another vet like Dr. Saxon after she left — but Dr. Henry is truly exceptional. My dog Cooper developed sudden weakness in his back leg, and she was able to get us in on a Friday, which I appreciated so much.

She was incredibly thorough with her assessment and so gentle with him. Cooper has a lot of anxiety, and she handled him with such patience and compassion. The techs were also amazing — they immediately noticed how anxious he was and let me stay with him while they drew his blood, which helped him tremendously.

Dr. Henry took the time to explain all possible treatment options and differentials and made sure I was involved in every step of the decision-making process. When the bloodwork came back, she reviewed everything with me over the phone in such a clear, validating, and empathetic way. She never made me feel rushed.

I am beyond grateful for the care she provided. Dr. Henry is truly outstanding, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Blessed to have crossed paths with her!”
