“Fantastic customer service! Needed a 24 volt/75 amp alternator for large diesel rig. Could not find anyone in state who had one available and no one was interested in finding solution. Ken's Auto Electric was going to be my last call after spending hours on phone and online looking for solution. Owner and son told me to drive on down and they would take care of issue on the spot. “Always get great service when I come here. Jeff (the owner) has really good prices on his vehicles. He is very honest with me on what he thinks my vehicle needs and will refer me to other locations if need be. He also owns and sells truck beds. He will normally do insurance work, body work, paint, fix up and sell salvaged titled vehicles, and sell/install truck beds. I moved an hour and a half away but if I need to make a trip back to the area, I will try to stop by if I need any work done. I definitely recommend this shop.”
“My mom got a nail and her tire while in Edinburgh for an appointment. A friend recommended this place as it’s one of the only ones nearby. We arrived and told him the problem and I kid you not, stopped everything he was doing to check out the issue. After finding out there was no issue, other than maybe a sensor going bad, he told us not to worry about it (we obviously still threw him some cash). Just wanted to say, GREAT service. So very kind. Highly recommend if you run into any vehicle issues in this area.”

“Definitely the BEST of the two places I know of in Edinburgh to go for auto parts! The “O”ther place we’ll just call it, basically referred me to them. I’m glad you did “O”ther place. Tri-County Auto Parts, welcomed me as I walked in the door with a warm greeting. The owner’s Mother was just the sweetest lady, and the owner went above and beyond for me. Being only an Edinburgh resident for a little over a year, I don’t know many places to go, unless they’re a chain like the “O”ther store. Tri-County Auto Parts may not have the early hours, but their staff are not just nowledgeable, ( “O”ther store who are not), they give you the small town hospitality that should be given in a small town. Thank you again for your help this morning!! I don’t know what I would have done without you and your Mom this morning!
