“I needed a place ASAP & although the move in fees were a bit hefty I looked at a unit and was in it within 6 days. Process was smooth and the staff worked really well with me. Neighbors are friendly, delivery services are nice, trash service is nice, etc. I haven’t needed maintenance but overall the place is so nice for the pricing. would definitely recommend.”

“I've lived in two different apartments in this complex since 2018 (moving from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom) and I'm a big fan of the large layouts (I've got large furniture that I have no issue fitting into this space). Parking is never too bad, even if you have guests coming over. The private entries into the apartments and screened-in patios are something that I am a big fan of as well. Repairs are always being done to keep the complex in good shape - like repaving roads and redoing the screens on patios when needed - which is something I also appreciate. The office and maintenance teams here are really great and personable. Even the support phone line staff is friendly! I don't see myself leaving this complex unless I find a house.”

“The maintenance person had a task to discover the beeping sound in my apartment. I didn't know if it was mine smoke detective or something in the furnace. Indeed the maintenance discovered the problem! The problem or the beeping sound was my work pager in my pocket in the closet! What an embarrassment! That was unbelievable! They no how to discover any problem that's wrong in the building. LOL LOL LOL even my pager in my pocket! Thank you guys so much for your patience and time. This indeed was unbelievable. Millstone apartment really make it their business to make their tenants happy by jumping on whatever task is requested. Thank you guys again!”
