The apartments are in the perfect location in Noblesville. A little odd 37, so feels peacefully, but right near everything!”

I specifically want to shout out Nathan, the property manager, who has put so much care and passion into ensuring the Millstone community has the best experience going forward. Like some other residents mentioned in prior reviews, I did have an issue with ants this summer. Nathan exhausted every resource possible to get the problem solved, and it is!
I would like to address recent reviews regarding the new property management change. While the first few weeks started out rocky, it is improving. As an experienced professional in business management, I can say EVERY new transition will have hiccups, some big and some small. However, what really matters is how it is handled in the months following the transition. I truly have seen improvements day by day, so I am hopeful that residents will, too.”
“I can’t say I had any real complaints. The staff here is awesome from top to bottom. If there was one thing I wish was better it would be the kids play area an upgrade there would make things perfect. Outside of that it was good living in this community and knowing this staff. No real concerns with maintenance request and anything for that matter.”
“I have been a resident for a few months now. The office staff has worked so hard to make improvements and it shows! The grounds are well kept, pool and workout facilities are clean, and maintenance requests are handled very quickly! I can’t say enough about Lacia. She has been a pleasure to work with!”

“Ana was very polite , smiling, efficient in answering any questions I had, very patient, and even printed out a floor plan she showed me as well as the rental statement. She answered many different questions and I was very impressed with her friendliness, and how she welcomed us. Ana is very professional even told us when to look for availability for the months we wanted that would be within our price range. Thank you so much Ana for being our guide on our Tour and listening to my reason for choosing your complex. Ana is very personable as well, in the fact that I share that I wanted to be closer set to my father because he isn’t well. That means so very much to me”

“Just needed to leave a quick review after visiting my mom's apartment in Noble Manor today. They have done such an awesome job rehabbing the place! I dont know if all apartments are updated, but she has a large kitchen sink, beautiful floors throughout, cabinets, and especially the shower as it looked to be stone. Its just so well designed and very well done. So glad there is such a beautiful and safe place in Noblesville for our seniors, disabled, or low income residents to call home. ❤️”
“I've only been here for a day but from what I can tell it's going to be a nice place to be
I had no water pressure when I first moved in but within 10 minutes of calling maintenance they was at my apartment and fixing the issue neighbors are very friendly as well
Management has always been very helpful and courteous
And unlike some of the other places I went to look at that said they had a pool ect. this place actually has all those amenities that are said to be here they've got a nice park for my daughter's a decent size Trail and a wonderful pool and fitness center
They have also been able to accommodate my wheelchair disability
But one thing I've learned in my years is that our relationships are good in the beginning so next review in a year”
