She was very friendly, knowledgeable yet not that annoying pushy person. She give you all the info you needed and gave you space to make decisions. “I just wanted to give a big shout out to this place, especially the owner Steve for taking such great care of my mother and her Audi. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. She got her car back in perfect condition, like it was never wrecked. They took care of her rental car for her and even gave her a new taillight at cost that was not covered bi the insurance claim. This place needs to be recognized for their compassion and willingness to help the customer and not just to make a quick buck. SO I THANK U STEVE AND YOUR STAFF OF COURSE FOR THE JOB WELL DONE.... They also cleaned the inside extremely well (which I did not expect) and washed the exterior. Story's guarantees work for as long as I have own the car. This is a local business in my community. “I have been using Miller's Auto Body on Cyntheanne Rd for nearly 20 years now. I almost always do my own maintenance on my cars but when it comes to more complex issues, I go to Miller's. It is super easy to drop your car off at night. They always call you with a very fair estimate before work begins. They have fixed complex issues with my '99 Tahoe, 05 Volvo S80, 05 Honda Oddessy, 07 Acura MDX and '15 Audi Q7 TDI. Best Automotive Mechanics in Hamilton County”
“No issues with noblesville location. However, i would never had to use them if it were not for the extremely poor and dangerous lack of work performed at the radcliff, ky location. They put in a wheel bearing that kept the car so wobbly it stripped the threads and had to get replaced. They did work that could have waited and left the break system undone and never mentioned it needed to be done. I only knew because of the lack of proper braking. They said it was dust. $1k later it wasn't. Still needs an axle and emissions corrected. When I discussed with the district Mgr he said he would research and call me the next day. Never heard back from him even when I followed up.
I thought they did right by my son who was deployed last minute by waiting until iI could get to KY. Boy was I mistaken. We're out $7600 with another $1200 to go.
Long story short, the noblesville location was good, Radcliff needs immediate attention. They're going to get someone injured or worst.”
“Needed service of my older vehicle that still had R-12 Freon. Most shops have gotten rid of this equipment by now, but fortunately they have not.
These guys worked me in right away and were very fair and knowledgeable.
