“I walked in close to closing time for my sim card failing. Jarrod was the only one working at the time. He gave an excellent service to the lady who he was helping before me doing everything in his power to serve the client. He then helped me figuring out solutions to my issue. Since I was due for an upgrade we went ahead and upgraded my phone. He stayed with me 35 minutes after closing just to make sure I was all set! We rarely get to experience this level of service anymore and i’m glad I got to be helped by Jarrod. He was excellent in giving great suggestions and making the process very easy. Even in the moments where we felt like we were watching paint dry we had a great conversation. Kudos to Jarrod for being exceptional at his job and the service he provides.”

“I have to give it up to the NEW General Manager, TIM! My uncle rented a laptop from this store on 6/25/22, the first payment was due July 3. Due to being on disability, he only gets paid 1x a month. Since the 3rd is Tomorrow.. (on a Sunday), disability payments were given on Friday the 1rst. Which also caused the payment to AARONs also removed Friday the 1rst. My uncle decided to not lease the computer and returned the computer back to them on the 1rst. However, the $147.00 dollars was removed from my account on the same day he returned the computer. I was very upset because of this, I was worried because I read that Aarons DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. HOWEVER!!!! TIM KNEW MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND HOW THE PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 3RD EVERY MONTH, UNLESS THE 3RD RUNS ON A WEEKEND. TIM DID NOT ARGUE THE RULES , HE DID NOT HOLD IT AGAINST ME THAT HE IN FACT INFORMED US THAT THE PAYMENT WOULD BE TAKING OUT ON THE 1RST DUE TO THE 3RD BEING SUNDAY . HE DID NOT REFUSE NOR HESITATE AT ALL AND HE REFUNDED THE $147.00 BACK TO MY ACCOUNT! HE WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL ! HE WAS VERY KIND AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING TO MY SITUATION. HE MADE SURE THAT NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK HIM TO GET IT FIGURED OUT TO BE ABLE TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT , HE WAS ON TOP OF IT! TIM WENT EVEN A STEP FURTHER AND HE CALLED MY PHONE AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE SUCCESSFULLY REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT! IT IS SO RARE IN TODAY'S SOCIETY, TO HAVE A PERSON GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER, EVEN DESPITE THE FACT HE DID IN FACT MENTION THE PAYMENT BEING REMOVED ON THE 1RST TO ME. THANK YOU TIM FOR YOUR HELP AS WELL AS YOUR KIDNESS!”

“Have always had great experience at this store. They never answer the phone, which sucks, but going in I get great service and always helpful. Have had cricket for 9 years except 1 month I switched to Xfinity for a “trial”. I work in home health and travel all over. Lost signal tons and switched right back!”

“Anthony is fantastic. He is doing the best he can to fix my problem. He can only do so much as the original store I purchased from did not give me my 200 dollar gift card or the discount on my plan for a trade in.

The original location I purchased at said that I would get 800 dollars for my phone trade in. They received the phone and they still have not given me the proper discount. I have spoken with corporate and this store and they told me almost a month ago that this would be taken care of....said they took notes and sent me to three different stores assuring me that one of them will take care of it. They were not honest. Nothing was fixed. I have been paying more then I should. False advertisement and they have my old phone and claim they don't. So far... Awful experience. They have my property and did not give me the discount they promised in return. I've called too many times and the actual store never gets back to me. I've been in there in person and they assured me they needed to fix the mistake but haven't.”
