I found the item I needed easily online, was able to order it and get it the next day. Service was great as well I was able to call and quickly speak to a knowledgeable person who answered basic questions. I received confirmation if my order and notification once it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store the item was waiting for me and check-out was a breeze. They even credited me for my old battery. This is my second such experience. I now have an account and will shop again!”

My flash drive was mechanically damaged, and he was able to solder it back together. Even after that, when we realized some files were still missing, he ran additional software to locate and recover the remaining files.
What I really appreciated was how upfront Marvin was from the start—he explained what he could do and what he couldn’t do, and he took the time to walk me through what the problems were and how he could help. He worked with me to find the most practical solution for what I needed, and the whole experience felt honest and straightforward.
