“I needed a sudden replacement battery for my motorcycle. Batteries Plus was so much more convenient, cost was very competitive, and the service was personable. I found the item I needed easily online, was able to order it and get it the next day. Service was great as well I was able to call and quickly speak to a knowledgeable person who answered basic questions. I received confirmation if my order and notification once it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store the item was waiting for me and check-out was a breeze. They even credited me for my old battery. This is my second such experience. I now have an account and will shop again!”

“I’ve never trusted phone repair shops ever. I was going to take an L and live with the bad crack I had till I got another iPhone but I didn’t want to risk water getting in the cracks. Took it here and he got it done super fast and honestly I could be overthinking it but the screen looks more crisp than how it was before and feels good and just as responsive. The guy was nice and quick and knowledgeable so ask questions! Overall 5/5 would definitely recommend for anyone who is skeptical. 150$ beats 300-400$ at Apple and definitely beats paying 1,200$ for a new one when mines works just fine ?”
