“The battery for my Samsung Galaxy A 51 cell phone wouldn't hold a charge and went dead. The back of the phone is sealed shut with no access to the battery unless one tries to open it at the risk of damaging the phone. After some research, I discovered that Batteries Plus repairs cell phones and installs batteries! The battery was shipped on Tuesday and received by the store on Friday and was installed on Saturday. Yes, it was a great inconvenience not having my cell phone for a week, but hey, when life hands you lemons, make lemonade! The total cost was around $74, very reasonable and well worth it! Many thanks to Culin, the installer, and Corbin at the local Batteries Plus store. They were courteous, very helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Batteries Plus in Noblesville.”
“I was unable to charge my IPhone with a regular charger. I had to use a standup charger and it was super inconvenient. I came in to CPR right before they closed and took care of me within a few minutes. Service was great and the workers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing.
Thanks for the great service!”
“Marvin Ballard at Ballard Computes LLC did a tremendous job and truly went above and beyond to recover my lost data. My flash drive was mechanically damaged, and he was able to solder it back together. Even after that, when we realized some files were still missing, he ran additional software to locate and recover the remaining files.
What I really appreciated was how upfront Marvin was from the start—he explained what he could do and what he couldn’t do, and he took the time to walk me through what the problems were and how he could help. He worked with me to find the most practical solution for what I needed, and the whole experience felt honest and straightforward.
I also love that it’s a walk-in shop—I was able to come in and talk to someone right away, and the work was completed promptly. I’m more than happy with the results and would recommend Ballard Computes LLC to anyone I know.”
“When my elderly mom was scammed and allowed the hacker to get into both her computer and cell phone, I was In a panic and wanted to ensure all viruses, etc they had put on her devices were gone. Justin at CPR was the best! He ran scans on both phone and computer, removed all malware and showed me how to adjust settings on her phone to help prevent from happening in future. So incredibly kind, knowledgeable and affordable!”

“Steven (I think) kindly cleaned the clunk of trash out of my phones charging port for free on a stressful day. Thank you so much for an awesome and fast and stressfree process. I will definitely be back for laptop or other repairs, thank you”
“This is directed to the Keystone area store: the three young men were wonderful and honest. I appreciated the care they showed and the knowledge they have. It was much better of an experience at this location over the Michigan Road location. I will not return to that one. So thank you to Antonio and the other two young men. Much appreciated.”
“Recycled used automotive, garden tractor batteries and household filament light bulbs. No fee for the lead acid batteries but about a $1/bulb fee for filaments!!! There’s other fees depending on different composition.
The counter service at this location was better quality/attentiveness than any other store location I’ve visited. More presentable appearance and demeanor too this visit.
See pics.”
