“I stopped in Verizon at Hamilton town center for help with a cracked screen cover. I had a really bad experience the day before at another Verizon dealer and was basically told it was my problem to figure out how to handle a warranty issue …even though I had purchased the warranty at that store. I basically wanted to know where and how to do the exchange. I think when you are an old woman , they just don’t care. I was treated with respect and kindness at Hamilton Town Center and I truly appreciate it. A big shout out to the manager and his employees! Thanks a bunch!”

“Kevin was so helpful!!! I had issues setting up my son’s Apple Watch with a standalone Verizon number. I was on the phone for hours with Verizon tech support and no one could help. We came to the Verizon store and Kevin took a try at fixing it. Even though we came right before the store closed. He solved the problem within ten minutes and double checked that everything worked!
