13500 Tegler Drive, Noblesville IN 46060
“Krissy was amazing! And made our trip. I also am a Wyndham employee, so I feel like my evaluation maybe a little bias, possibly a bit more critical. The rooms were beautiful spacious most importantly VERY CLEAN. The pool was a bit small and kind of cold, but my 7 yr old niece had as a blast as we were the only ones in it at the time. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, its mediocre at best slightly high priced but your paying for the convenience . But what truly sold me for my stay was Krissy. As a fellow front desk attendant I know when things are stressful when you smile because you have to not because you want to. When we got there the computers were being difficult, so were the people in front of us. Krissy maintained a smile and a wonderful attitude. It didn't seem forced at all. Her laugh high energy and constant friendly attitude is what every person in customer service should strive to be!! If we come back to this area and decided to stay here again it would be 100% because of Krissy.”

“Firstly, this is a nice looking and seemingly well kept hotel. There was a some cleaning that was neglected like the smudgy headboard but no worries bc I travel with Chlorox wipes & lysol spray and clean all surfaces anyways. Also the floor at the entrance was overly sticky. Like something like a sugary drink was spilled. I guess they didn't mop or clean that part of the room bc their shoes would've felt that stickiness. When I took the DND tag off the door, all I got was fresh towels. A 5 day stay and no sheet change at all. It's a short driving distance to grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks and other retail. Also quick access to the interstate. A nice hotel but cleanliness is not something they focus on. Room service is surprisingly affordable BUT not good.”

“Been a great experience since check in. Every encounter with the staff whether it be at the front desk or at the bistro had been top notch. Room was great and clean. Last night here had a great conversation with a guy named Jeremy who is doing an excellent job when it comes to customer service.”
