He gave an excellent service to the lady who he was helping before me doing everything in his power to serve the client. He then helped me figuring out solutions to my issue. Since I was due for an upgrade we went ahead and upgraded my phone. He stayed with me 35 minutes after closing just to make sure I was all set! We rarely get to experience this level of service anymore and i’m glad I got to be helped by Jarrod. He was excellent in giving great suggestions and making the process very easy.
