“The team at Complete Office Supply was amazing! I recently coordinated an install of some office spaces for my work and I wish I had found them first to purchase the items from. The entire team from working with Alan to coordinate receiving the product, Lucia Hardy was a gem when she came to the site to take measurements and redraw the initial layout we had planned to make sure we were in compliance with regulations, to Dee Disher who handled the logistics of the installation, to the guys who actually came and put everything up. I cannot say enough how great the team at Complete OS is! I will 100% use them again when I have a project! Highly recommended!!!”

“I recently stopped in the United Art and Education store to look for some educational items for my four year old grandson. I must tell you this store provides an over abundance of material for all ages. In fact there was so much to choose from that I was overwhelmed. If you need anything to assist with student development this is the place to be. The only minor setback are the prices. I compared several items to online prices and found they were a bit more expensive. However, if you need items right away then money should not be a concern. The business is easily located right behind the Castleton Mall. Finally, the staff was friendly, courteous, and ready to provide excellent customer service. I give this business an A rating.”

“Had a good experience. Staff was friendly. They have brand new Herman Miller office chairs to try, something I did not see at other local office stores. They offer more competitive prices than those listed in the manufacturer website and offered to lend a sample chair to try it out before purchase. I would definitely recommend this store.”

“My boss gave me the task of buying a large magnetic whiteboard for our newly remodeled conference room. After carefully reviewing our options of custom whiteboard suppliers, I picked Magnetic Concepts. Choosing the custom size (10' x 3'), wooden trim and submitting our logo/artwork was hassle free and anytime I had a question it was promptly answered. We are a fairly large heavy civil construction company and excited to receive the finished product. However, when the truck driver opened the rear door, our jaws dropped after seeing the whiteboard in a very very very sad state. It was not in a crate or anything that even remotely resembled a crate which I knew it shipped out in. It was very obvious to us that the trucking company/companies were extremely reckless in the handling of this product. It did look like someone from the trucking company made a feeble attempt to tape cardboard to the front but they failed miserably. Needless to say, there were several long deep scratches in the middle front, sections of the wooden frame were scuffed & scratched and the back was damaged to the point we couldn't hang it even if we wanted to. After corresponding with customer service regarding the problem, I sent pictures and a detailed account of receiving the damaged whiteboard and they immediately put in a new work order for a replacement, which was promptly built and delivered to us damage free. I must commend their art department, customer service and the whole Magnetic Concepts staff for the quick response and resolution to a problem the original trucking company clearly caused. The Magnetic Concepts Whiteboard will add that professional final touch our conference room needed. I will absolutely recommend MC to others”

“If you're ever looking for an affordable (and nice) desk chair, conference room table, office supplies, etc., this is your spot! And the fact that it's a family run business makes it all the better. The staff are friendly and treat your business like good ol' friends. And it's very much appreciated. Every year they host a picnic in the summer for their valued business partners as a gracious "thank you." You're able to swing through their office, meet the staff and see what kind of deals they have going on at the time. And you get some great grub while you're at it! Their location is kind of tucked away out of the main scene. This could be viewed as a huge disadvantage, but from the sounds of it - they seem to be a-ok with their location. The people and businesses that have a relationship with Complete Office Supply are ones that return time and time again.”
