They usually have a good selection of food, toys, and grooming items, and I like that I can compare different brands right there on the shelf. The store is generally clean, and most of the staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and willing to help me find what I need.
Prices can be a little higher than some online options, but the convenience of grabbing things same-day makes it worth it sometimes. I also like that they offer grooming and training services, even though the quality can depend on the location.
