Solid bank, I feel like a customer there not an acct. number with a login password.

The banker helped me even though it was very close to closing time. I was given options that seemed more appropriate for my level of business. I felt by the time I was done I had made a friend.

Karl has excellent customer service skills. He’s the reason I like to go inside the bank. I’ve been a happy and satisfied customer of Regions for 17 years and have no plans to ever go anywhere else.
