I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Stopped by on a Saturday to open a savings account. Arrived at 11:40. There were three tellers there- after telling them what I needed- they all began to look at each other and then "work" on their computers. Finally after about 5 min of this- one of them- a man- said it takes 45 min to do that and we close in 15. Seriously? This is the second time I've had terrible customer service at this branch. I know better than to come here. Go to 96th or the one off Allisonville and 116th instead! What a fantastic 1st impression for my 12 year old regarding banks.

DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS! They are absolutely horrible! Your balance will never be accurate. They will constantly let you spend money you don’t have, and then they will charge you $40 for overdrafting by $6. It’s ridiculous. I’m closing my account and going to a bank that doesn’t let you spend money you don’t have! And that actually updates your account information in real time! It’s a racket! Never again! I’m warning everyone now, don’t do it

Regions Bank abuses two groups of people. The first is their customer, by playing the same three commercials about every minute for the entire time you're on hold, it's brainwashing. They're also condescending and insulting commercials. So repetitive.The second group that regions Bank is abusing is their customer service. By making regions Bank customers upset for listening to condescending abusive commercials, customers complain to the only people that come in contact with, those who answer the phone. We don't have nice things to say when they finally answer the phone.

Terrible bank on almost all levels. Customer service is definitely lacking. Now I can’t withdraw my own money even though there is three times the amount I want in the account, not pending money but money that I actually have in it. Mobile app doesn’t work at least half the time, just says not working try again later. The only thing that has kept me here this long is COVID but at this point I think it’s worth my time to make an appointment and get switched to a different bank.

This bank does not care. Simply put. My account was scammed. I lost thousands of dollars and no one at Regions cares. No one cares about my bills that can’t get paid. No one seems to care about the paycheck that is going in and I can’t access because my account got overdrawn thanks to fraud. Going to be contacting media outlets, and the BBB.

Hope there was 0 star , I regret giving even 1 star. Bad experience with regions, they find ways to charge you with fees. Switching back to Chase or any other bank rather then regions. Awful, very very disappointed. Switching all my accounts to different bank and never coming back.

Customer service is bad. Loan specialist will do minimum work to help you. When you use drive through, they don't pay attention to who got there first. Seems like the nicer car gets service first even if you were there first. Must be service according to account size. Have to press 0 8 times to get a human on phone when you call customer service, then press one to "make sure" you want to talk to someone. On top of that, they charge you ATM fees if you don't use theirs. I'm telling you now, there aren't Regions ATMS everywhere like there are chase or PNC ATMS. Fees everywhere. No 24 overdraft grace period, fees for checking, money transfers. Just fees everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy.
