“The store is owned by a local family that has been in business over 50 years. The hardware store looks deceiving because it is actually 3 buildings that look different and it is all stacked full. They sell everything hardware stores, guns, and wood for building. They take every customer to what they need this isn't a store you browse around which is amazing! I shop here all the time!Art, Chris and Vic all are the nicest people in the world. Art started the store and his two sons now help him run it. He is close to 90 and you would never guess it. It is amazing to see how well they work together.Let's talk about their lumber! I have never went to a hardware store and seen a better selection of boards. Every board is straight and exactly what you should be getting. When I have to do a job perfect I always buy my lumber here.Gun sales are a big part of their business but it is a tiny area in the back of the store. Huge selection and very knowledgeable.The big box stores make you buy 50 screws when you may only need 5. They will sell you 5. This goes with grass seed to screws.Plumbing... HVAC parts... Electrical... Everything!If you haven't shopped here you should and do it often!”
“Shout out to excellent customer service at Ace Hardware in Syracuse, IN! Particularly to Dolph who not only was enthusiastically helpful he went above and beyond. I came in with my weed wacker to hopefully have someone help/show me how to restring it (the string kept tangling up and locking). He showed me everything and even unscrewed the little blade that cuts the string, sharpened it, and screwed cut back on. And, he was super nice. Thank You Thank You!!”

“ACE Hardware charged me $1.00 for replacing the bolt thing on my director chair. I asked them if they could fix it. They helped me bring in this chair from my car. They fixed it! They are the BEST people. The owner knew I was in the store. He walked by me and said that the guys are working on my chair in the back! Wow! This teacher needs her teacher chair! We need to keep these stores in our area! ACE Hardware in North Webster goes above and beyond to help you!”
