It’s been three weeks of trying to get them to set up my online banking. I’ve been in three times. They just keep telling me they’ll email the info or they say they’ll mail it. I just want online banking so i never have to go into that office again.

When this was Mutual Bank, things went well. When the bank became Northwest, all the good will and great customer service went down the drain. While the local tellers are still wonderful people, the corporate office is rude and uncooperative.
