“Last week I stopped in Cloud9 in Winona Lake for a new pair of shoes. I was more than impressed with the customer service I received. One of their associates spent a good 20 minutes examining my feet to make sure I got the best fitting shoe. It turns out only 2% of people have a foot narrower than mine. They were able to order a special pair of Brooks with an insert so I better distribute pressure when I run. I ran a mile yesterday and my feet never felt better during and after my run. Thanks Cloud 9!”
