I ordered a desk through them and it came broken, I accidently called Home depot and they could only help me if I brought it back myself. But these guys right here? “The Frame Factory did a fantastic job with mounting and aligning my posters from a three-night run of my favorite band. There is some pretty detailed line work on the posters, and they nailed the alignment (see photos). The owner was super receptive to my wishes, and took time out of his day to discuss the challenges with me. 10/10 would recommend!”
