“I recently went to this UPS location to send a box of snack-filled stockings to a not-for-profit organization that sends them to deployed military and veterans at VA hospitals. Mohamed was so very good with his packing and, because it was for a not-for-profit he didn’t even charge me for the box! He was so kind and thoughtful. I really appreciate him! I will definitely go back to this location even though it is further from my home!”

“I was at UPS store (Erskine area) @1:15 p.m. on June 27th. I just wanted to return the item and I asked this guy for help because I wasn’t sure how to do it. He literally said “I can’t help you with that” then he said “Next”! I thought that was rude, so I moved aside and tried to figure it out myself but no luck so I asked this young lady, Shayla and she knew exactly how to help me. It was quick! Thank you Shayla!!!”
