“I see many comments about being a bad businessman or rude, well here’s the thing he’s one man that handles all the calls, all the work, and all customers. If he had open ended conversations with every customer walking in the door he wouldn’t get anything done. Then he’d be ridiculed over not getting work done. And as far as him mounting tires from an outside source, if there wasn’t so many people out there that were crooked and wanting a payout for free that might not be so bad, but someone could have a tire blow out and get killed then people would be trying to sue him. So before.making bogus reviews take a step back and actually think about your review with some common sense! Now for my experience with Jim, I couldn’t ask for more in a place to get parts, he’s usually always got what u need, and he’s very full of knowledge! All around pleasure to deal with!”
