“Came in today (after going to 4 other vape shops) to get a new piece of glass for my tank. She didn’t have any replacement glass but offered to order it and she would text me when it was coming in. To still provide assistance she gave me (at no charge) two temporary tanks to hold me over until my replacement came in. The other vape shops didn’t offer anything other than for me to spend more money for an entirely new tank. I was really irritated when I walked into Black Swan but she (the owner) turned my entire day back around! I just really appreciate that so much because times are getting more difficult with inflation. It’s nice to know there are genuine and caring people in the world! Thank you so much!! ❤”

“First time in the shop. Loved the ladies that were working. They were alot of fun. Learned about a Lil bit of everything there. The girls were very educated on mechanics and abilities of all the products. They have a vast amount of different pipes and bongs.i Def recommend stopping in and checking them out.”
