UPDATE!!!! My sister was told the car would charge up to 80 miles...LIE...LIE...LIE..my sister and her daughter went to take it back to pick out another vehicle since they would not give her ......her money back!!! Anyway they took my niece vehicle and the piece of poo!!! They live in muncie and it took them 6 HOURS due to the car only had 40 miles charge when they left and they stopped at fishers at a super charge and took 3...YES 3 HOURS to charge only to 35!!!!!! the first lot they took them to some of the vehicles were wrecked and some FILTHY with pennies and cds in them and FOLKS THESE CARS ARE ON THE SITE!!!! SOOOO BE CAREFUL what you DO!!!!!! and then they got her hopes up on a car that was over her budget!!!! COME ON!!!!!! she is on disabilty,single and on a very tight budget and all the want to do is be DISHONEST and get that PRECIOUS DOLLAR well over 8,995!!!!!!!!!!!! and OH I AM MISINFORMED!!! BY WHOM????????????????????????? try THEM!!!!!!!!!!! so is money so precious you are that terrible to someone like my sister??!!!! GOD HELP YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are apparently NOT GOOD BUISNESS FOLKS as I have worked for many folks who are buisness owners and none of them have done this to their customers!!!! That is why they have never had a bad review as they treat folks like they would like someone to treat them!!! hmmmm now where does that saying come from??!!! LOOK IT UP!!!!!! in the MOST SOLD BOOK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

they cheat on me! I find a 2023 new Orange Branco Raptor at Car.com and send a message to Andy Mohr Ford to check if the vehicle still available. They emailed me said the vehicle still available and look forward to serve me I book an appointment with them before I drive there! because it take me 45mins to be there! After all trade in price and Financial part all paperwork fill in about 2hour! After I tell them I do not need financial because of the high interest rate. The sale say he has to let manager know! after he come back he tell me the new vehicle has recall can not sold to me! I spend their half day! at last he told me that I am so mad! I barely not say one word! I will not go there I will tell everybody I know to not go there Finally I went Ed Mohr Ford in Anderson book a 2024 new Branco . Thank God!

Brian got us in right away for oil change .He was very pleasant , friendly and obviously competent ! people are very friendly and helpful The coffee is super good as well as cupcakes! Love the bathroom it is A +++ in the bathroom world! Smells clean and fresh, plenty of paper products and the santitary pads are a woman's touch. i love the soap, it smells so good and is smooth to your hands! I like the no touch concept of the faucet. Andy Mohr Toyota, sold a vehicle with a bad engine that was not inspected. Andy Mohr Ford made me pay 300 dollars just for them to tell me is had a bad engine.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR HAVE ANYTHING SERVICED. worst experience dealing with this dealership! I was sold a vehicle with a bad motor, I was not aware the motor was bad and they tried playing it off as needing a gas cap or injectors cleaned, they played around with me about the issues so that we'd hit the 30 day mark. I finally found out 32 days after purchase from a different place the motor was bad and needed replaced, 6 grand!! called Andy Mohr and they said it's my problem now since I didn't pay an extra 4 grand for their warranty. worst mistake of my life buying from them!!!

We bought a used care from Andy Mohr Ford. It had been certified used and from the test drive and looks of it was a great car. Well, we bought it 2 weeks ago and it has spent 1 1/2 weeks in their shop. Now, I cannot get any return phone calls or texts from the dealership to give me an update of them car. I really am afraid we spent $10k on a lemon and they just have very terrible service.

I found a car on their website and called and talked to Maureen about the vehicle and told her of my interst and indicated we would come that evening to look at it. Upon arriving at Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield, she was not there and there was a sales associate "working" with a customer on that paticular car. I told them how dissappointing that was but the kind associate said they can't "HOLD " a car without a deposit. The people that were looking at my car of interest was trying to get financed however I said I am ready to buy and had a check in hand. They would not entertain that idea of me purchasing cause they were "HOLDING" the car for the people trying to get financed. This is a buch of double speaking hipocracy!!! First one with money should be able to buy!! No different than going to the store and having someone looking at a product and trying to figure out how to afford it but someone coming in with money and taking it off the shelf and buying it. Be assured Andy Mohr has left a rotten taste in my mouth and I will be assured to tell everyone what crappy business practices they use!!!

Bait and Switch. They had two vehicles posted online. When I got there on 9/13/23 (1.5 hour drive), they told me one of the two vehicles had a deposit on it. The other vehicle I came to see??? "Oh no, that price on Cars.com is wrong...it's a third party site..." Folks, cars.com doesn't make stuff up. The dealership would have had to initiate the posting. Jump ahead two days, the same vehicle that had a deposit (I don't believe this for one minute) is now reduced in price. Oh, poor Andy Morh!! Mean old Cars.com is changing the prices on your vehicles without our knowledge. DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE. DECEPTIVE, DECEPTIVE, DECEPTIVE. Andy Mohr needs to stop making commercials and start policing what his dealerships are doing. But of course, that would require he actually gives a sh!t.

Here is price gouging at its best raptor ford with a super charger. 167.495 for a truck. I got n build ur Owen ford raptor it nothing to that price with the super charger so price gouging bad o thought gmc was bad at least gmc it's a 2500 HD ultimate damn really. Omg n up to 2500 n on your trade I don't believe that at all I've got n 06 jeep wrangler with salvage title that a lie they won't or they will say well that is to old for what we usually deal with so don't believe what they say n there website it's a lie period. They all have that n there web sites it bull shit being honest with everyone. Price gouging hell yes big time all of them damn need a truck I'll go buy a Toyota geash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the big three price gouging is really bad make you sick

Worst experience I have ever encountered in life. I came in around 6:00pm. I have already dealt with many dealerships and just wanted to make sure my trade value was met. He tried to get me to test drive, I informed him I was not interested until we ran the trade value numbers. His entire attitude changed. Next, he test drived my vehicle,it was a 2015 Chrysler 200. He instantly pointed out minor defects. He came back and offered me $2500 for a Chrysler 200 2015 that was in good condition. When I asked why he would even offer something that low when that is the Andy Mohr Guarantee. He stated that since my trade was from Andy Mohr he would be a fool to buy it back at value! I walked out instantly!!! Terrible!!!!

These people are the worst. I've had 750+ credit for years. They tried to tell me my credit score was 606... when I left and checked my score from 3 different credit reports, they were all 720-750, ive made all payments on time for 4 years and keep below a 3% utilization rate and never carry a balance over. They offered my a 18% APR over 5 years for their car...... absolutely laughable. Then when trying to talk to them about a better rate, they were short and rude, and talked over me.. All they want is your money. They won't haggle on the car prices, they're fixed. Sleazy car dealership. Deserves all the bad reviews it's gotten. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time.

The service team here is excellent! They're very responsive and knowledgeable, they go above and beyond to help you out. They are slammed with car repairs and patience is needed to get worked in, I recently had to wait 1.5 weeks to get my undrivable vehicle in, once it got in they were still behind but they kindly loaned me a vehicle so I could get around. They don't normally do this and I was very happy to receive it. They fixed my car and it was covered power train warranty and I was pleased to not have to pay anything!

We preordered a 2022-2023 (we weren't told which one specifically would come in when it became available) Maverick in April of 2022. we were told orders would go in in August 2022. In September, we were notified that we had to hurry up and send our information (drivers licenses, insurance documents, whatnot) because "the order was going in." They also sent paperwork to be signed about the deposit that had already been made. Long story short, we put in a dispute with our Credit Card company for the $1,000 letting them know our goods were not delivered and we couldn't wait any longer. Credit Card company agreed and gave us a credit for the money. We received correspondence in the mail from our Credit Card company recently informing us that the charge had been put back on our account because of paperwork signed by my husband in September 2022. The paperwork has a hand written notice on it with a time frame of 12-18 months ETA that cannot be guaranteed. The entire purchase was basically made online and then actual correspondence from the dealership was slim to none. Here it is March 2023 and we still wouldn't have had our truck even had we not cancelled the order last month. I called the dealership today and told the lady who answered what I would like to discuss with a manager and she abruptly put me on hold before coming back to ask my name and number. I said I didn't want to wait. I wanted to talk to someone right then. I was put on hold and Michelle picked up and very sternly told me there was absolutely nothing she could do because they were basically at the liberty of Ford and they are "very clear" in their refund policy that there are basically no refunds. She said she couldn't look up our order by our name. She needed the specific order number. Again, I was told too bad. We basically took a place in line that someone else could have reserved who actually wanted the truck. So they're now keeping $1,000 for doing nothing and not delivering the product and having no idea of when it would be delivered. This is theft. Period. Complaints will continue to be filed and in reading the BBB site (not the most reputable, but still), I am not the only person so far who has had their money stolen.

So my daughter had to replace her car so we decided to go to Andy Mohr since her sister had just recently replaced her vehicle less than a month ago from there! We go on a Saturday b/c my daughter works 9-5 Mon-Fri. We get there and of course we're helped by a diligent salesperson.. my daughter already knew the vehicle she wanted had the stock number and just wanted to see the vehicle and start the paperwork (we also were using my father's z-plan which is a discount plan for retirees) with the Z -plan vehicles are discounted well below MSRP so we told them we weren't putting any money down since there isn't a need because of the discounted price! The finance manager (Patel) did not seem interested or willing to find any financing for my daughter. Her credit score was great and he literally ran the contract through only 2 banks! Didn't try or suggest another vehicle that maybe would fit more into her budget just said if your willing to put down $10k! We laughed and politely walked out.. came home went online to Capitol City Ford instead and was able to walk out with a new vehicle! So if you're looking for a dealership that's working for you don't go to Andy Mohr Ford!

Terrible customer service (under statement).. I left my car to get "inspected" on four different occasions. I never got any phone calls to tell me a timeline of when they could even GET TO my car.. just kept saying two more days... or maybe we can get to it tomorrow. I also got hung up on because I wanted to speak with someone rather than leave a message. I previously did leave a message and I was never helped nor did anyone return my call. Rude staff, bad communication, and bad customer service. I'm gladly taking my car elsewhere and never buying a Ford again.
