My sons car had a transmission issue but we had a deadline that needed to be met due to leaving for Florida. Diane in the service department went above and beyond keeping us informed and did everything she could to make sure his car was done!

Good people you can see they are trying. Ford itself needs to give the store more and better information on parts for all Ford Lincoln and mercury cars.
