“I recently purchased a refrigerator from here. The day after I noticed the temperature was not right so I called Jose and he had a tech at my house within the hour. The following day it was realized that the repair attempt was not successful so I called again. Jose had a new fridge sitting by the front door, plugged in with temp gauges in the fridge and freezer so that we all knew it was working properly. His team delivered the new fridge and took the old one immediately (literally almost beat me back to my house). Buying used equipment is always a gamble. Knowing that the owner and his team are good people that will work with you to make things right is all you can ask for. Highly recommended.”

“I went to Best Buy to purchase a new laptop. They offered a wide selection and I chose one with the help of one of their sales associates and took it home. It took me a couple of weeks before starting the process of making it my laptop and ran into a couple of issues - one with Microsoft which led to me trying to return the subscription to MS 365 which hadn't been what I needed. The return was outside their 15 day window and not approved by their manager. The next day, while trying to connect my new laptop to my printer I learned that the laptop's processor was incompatible with my printer. After a lot of time researching the issue it became apparent that I had to return to the store to return my computer. I braced myself for an unpleasant encounter with the manager but was pleasantly surprised when he agreed to the return and found a sales associate to help me choose a new laptop. I appreciated that the manager took the time to listen to me and understand my situation and genuinely wanted to find a fair resolution. So I just wanted to express my thanks to Alex (manager) and Lucas (sales associate} for their help.”
