“Once upon a time, after having filled my belly with El Paraiso Mexican food, I tried to unlock my car by inserting the key into the driver's side door. (Since I bought the car 5 years ago, the FOB has never worked.) Lo and behold, the key wouldn't turn!!
So I walked a mile to the nearest auto shop—O'Reilly. Here, I was met with the BEST SERVICE from Clint and Charles! They took the time to find the BEST SUITABLE OPTION for addressing my problem. Instead of ordering a new key, they found a COST EFFECTIVE option of replacing my FOB battery.
Problem #2: The screw to my FOB was scraped. BUT WAIT!!! Charles and Clint worked CAREFULLY to pry open the plastic cover of my key without breaking it! They then gently took the battery out and replaced it.
Clint and Charles not only put up with my corny jokes, but they genuinely put every effort into solving my problem. I sincerely appreciate how they took an otherwise stressful situation and turned it into an enjoyable adventure for me!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Larking Collision, and especially the owner, Steve. I was caught in a really bad situation after buying a used vehicle a couple of months ago, especially concerning potential frame damage. Luckily, I found Larkin Collision. In just a week, Steve and his team not only identified the root problem that no other shop in the area could, but he then went above and beyond in repairing it so the issue will not return for an extremely reasonable rate. “Brian got us in right away for oil change .He was very pleasant , friendly and obviously competent ! people are very friendly and helpful The coffee is super good as well as cupcakes! Love the bathroom it is A +++ in the bathroom world! Smells clean and fresh, plenty of paper products and the santitary pads are a woman's touch. i love the soap, it smells so good and is smooth to your hands! I like the no touch concept of the faucet. “I get this location in Plainfield five stars. But if this was the location my part came from AKA LKQ in Southern Indiana I would probably give two stars. Horribly long wait times just for the guy to ask one question. And before I could explain anything transfer me back to the online store. This was after 3 days of trying to get a hold of them!!”
“Great customer service and cheap tires. Luckily I found them after a blowout and visited other tire shops in the area, all overpriced scams. Pep Boys also had cheap products for your car that rivals walmart prices. I rarely do these reviews but I'm sure this will save someone the pain of shopping around like I did in Joliet”

“I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)”

I needed a new battery and Eddie and Rachel helped me find the best one and even installed it. They don't typically do that, but I had my young boys with me and they wanted us to be safe. They were so kind and careful and I am truly grateful for their expertise!”

“Buying a car at this location is a must. Doc from the sales team took really good care of me. He worked with me and my particular situation to put me in a vehicle that met my needs. He also went as far as to explain other opportunities as to where I could save money should I decide to trade my car in down the line. Overall, Doc took his time from start to finish to make sure I drove away in my new 2025 Pacifica with no questions unanswered. I highly recommend seeing him for the purhase of your next vehicle. You will not be disappointed.
Oh....one more thing. The owner is lovely and quite pleasant as well.”
“Whoever this guy is they have out here needs a raise because I pull in at 7:30 in the morning for an oil change,it’s 20 degrees outside,and he has a great attitude and gets it done fast. If you want the best price on an oil change in Plainfield I’ve had good service here.”
