“The guys were great, they got my truck in right away pulled up my information and had my oil change done in about 15 minutes. I asked if they could check my tires for me because I was going on a trip soon and wanted to make sure they would be good for the distance, and they were honest with me that the tires were good and will make my trip just fine, but make sure to get a set of rear tires when we return before winter hits.”

He replaced both of my front wheel joints and stabilizer bars so the car stays on the road and doesn't wear my tires too fast. he also replaced my burned out rear window wiper. Tom is awesome!”
“Chad was super friendly and worked with me to keep me informed along the way. They do charge a 3% fee on card payments. I feel like its a bit outdated to do that, and only find out when payment is made. I feel like the upcharge on parts and you already pay for labor constitutes not charging a fee. This is a large business not a mom and pop shop making ends meet. The service done, no complaints at all with the work done. Brakes are smooth.”

“I went to Jim's Auto after my daughter recommended them. My car was having problems and was getting bad gas mileage, accelerator was down to the floor and had a hard time getting up to speed and most of the time when you turn the ignition on it would take a few seconds to start. I was told by other mechanics that it was the timing chain, but that wasn't the case. Jim's Auto fixed my car and I found out it was the Camshaft sensor. Thanks to the guys at Jim's Auto they took the time to check it out and find the problem. To Jim, Bill and Nick, Thanks again. ?”
