“I went to Jim's Auto after my daughter recommended them. My car was having problems and was getting bad gas mileage, accelerator was down to the floor and had a hard time getting up to speed and most of the time when you turn the ignition on it would take a few seconds to start. I was told by other mechanics that it was the timing chain, but that wasn't the case. Jim's Auto fixed my car and I found out it was the Camshaft sensor. Ask for Brandon Gardiner and you will be very please. Brandon was so amazing from the moment we got there. He made my wife and I feel like family as we test drove 4 different cars. Update: I went back again for a different issue that occurred, and Chaz, the manager at the Plainfield location, is the biggest reason you should go and get your vehicle needs done at Meineke! Chaz went out of his way, did above and beyond to help me, even when the two days my vehicle was there, he was the only person on staff. I have only been there twice now, and both times have been nothing but phenomenal service from the manager alone. Thank you, Chaz and the crew, for all the hard work you guys do, and appreciate the honesty and willingness to go above and beyond for your customers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

He replaced both of my front wheel joints and stabilizer bars so the car stays on the road and doesn't wear my tires too fast. he also replaced my burned out rear window wiper. Tom is awesome!”

Love the bathroom it is A +++ in the bathroom world! Smells clean and fresh, plenty of paper products and the santitary pads are a woman's touch. i love the soap, it smells so good and is smooth to your hands! I like the no touch concept of the faucet. “I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)”

“Repair of 2 wagon tires. Valve stems had been sheared off because I put too much on the wagon. Dropped off the tires and got a call within 2 hours letting me know they were complete. No issues at all and the wagon is back in action for a very reasonable price!”
