“I gave a bad review for you guys once and I am still mad about it..there was a screw up it cost over a 1k, I opened my account and I was told there was know way I could over draw which was not true I did overdraw. I was not paying attention to my purchases and I went over a thousand in the hole. It was on me for not paying attention...but I did not pay attention because I was led to believe that I could not overdraw. That is my only complaint with NSSB. That aside customer service is great and there polite.”

“I had to replace my debt card. When I came in and said what I needed the tellers were very kind and smiled let me know it would only be a minute. The lady came over smiled and spoke to my grandkids! As she was getting my info to replace my card she offered the kids candy and smiled continued to talk with the grandkids! She also let me know information about my account that I have with my son. “Four stars, because they're a genuinely good bank, and I've been with them for years, and they work well. But, at this specific branch, I always have a problem with one teller who, whenever he fills out the DDA debit slips for when I want to get cash, will not put my first name on the slip. I have a strong feeling he's doing it because my name doesn't match my appearance, and it's only him. All of the other tellers actually do put the first and last name on there, but just not him.”

She and Lisa who took vare of me today, are amazing people, they love their branch and customers they are all about the community. The inside of the branch is beautiful, great seating area. Nice bathrooms. They even do doggy bones through drive through. Im very impressed with this branch, i will definitely keep coming back. Please definitely come in see for yourself, plenty of parking. “Ms.Patrice deserves to win the employee of the year award with a robust pay raise. She was very professional and her demeanor helped me to focus on what I was there to do. I went in furious and clouded by my emotions after my wire transfer was canceled by the fraud department! Of course, I reminded myself that it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could have done about it. I’ve sat in Fraud at HNB and I understood the process. “I spoke with the manager Sara Smock over the phone and she was very polite. I didn’t have much time considering I was working but I decided to stop through anyways. Sara and her colleague Keera Ford were very polite and they saved me a lot of time. They made the process of opening an account quick and easy. Their customer service was also top tier and the best I’ve received since moving to Indiana from Arkansas. If you’re looking to open a bank account this is where you start.
