He made the process efficient, painless, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process so I didn’t feel like I was in the dark. He met me half way at a location that was convenient for me to sing my documents, which I really appreciated, and every time I call him with questions on my account he is quick to respond with an answer or a solution.

“My mother-in-law banked here for many years and we also had our children's college funds saved here until they needed money for school. My youngest still has part of her funds in her account here. It's a solid, trustworthy place to bank. Good Christmas savings club. Of course, the interest on savings could be better but they also have fair rates if you borrow so, it evens out. (We cashed in a bond once and they made the process smooth and painless.) I could recommend Forum mainly as a good place to start out teaching your children about savings, banking in general, etc.”
