“After several hours of delayed flights, I finally arrived in IND to pick up the rental. I had never heard of Payless before but they had the cheapest rates so I decided to gamble on the company. The customer service was first class and the process was easy! Within 5 mins I was walking out to my rental. The Jeep I was given was very very nice. It was comfortable and very classy. The return process was just as awesome. I will always look for a Payless from here on out. I have been a customer and member of Enterprise for over 20 years, but they are no longer my go-to company. Their customer service and rates have changed over the years and frankly the service has gone south. Thank you Payless! You have gained a new customer! “When I rented due to my vehicle being in the shop for routine work and the rental key FOB had some issue, the manager (Alex) drove over within 5 minutes in his personal car and sorted things out. He got the swap to a working car done in a matter of minutes and was courteous and polite throughout. What's more, the staff at the location are competent and thoughtful. These are qualities that guarantee we will be preferring this location for all future business. Exemplary service and got me out of a stressful situation seamlessly. This is a well-run business with excellent employees and high standards. The manager is a man of his word, which is a rare quality these days.”
