“Where do I even start? This was an absolutely incredible experience! I checked in on my app before I landed. When I got to the line of about 6 people in the garage the associate was very polite and respectful when I showed him my confirmation. He simply looked at my app to see my reservation and literally walked me to the full size cars for me to select (so I got to bypass standing in line). WOW! I simply got in the car, showed my ID at the gate, and I was done. This was THE BEST CAR CHECK IN EXPERIENCE I've ever witnessed. Returning the car was just was easy. I simply parked it, an attendant said he would email the receipt and done. If you are looking for an easy, enjoyable car rental experience, this is it! Through it all for the most part ADM Mobility Solutions Inc. has been right there to assure the equipment that is doctor ordered gets to my client in a fast and courteous manner. I had ask the garage attendant did they wash the vehicles? was told car wash was broke, upon turning on the vehicle says need maintenance, question are they checking the vehicle prior to renting? The price I was quoted was not the same price at the check in counter.”

“When I went to pick up the car, the agent attempted to provide a vehicle that had bad tires, and damage all around the vehicle, including a running light that was broken. After complaining about the vehicle, he switched it up to a really nice vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, a day earlier than anticipated - Jason - who has helped me many times in the past, took care of me. Checking me in and thanking me for the early check in. Apologized for the initial vehicle, although he was not the one to assign the vehicle to me. Jason has always taken care of me. I suggest working with Jason every time. He's a wonderful agent.”
