Through the day on Monday he made sure that there was a rental car sitting in Chicago O’Hare airport that I was able to pick it up and he met me at Indianapolis airport to ensure that everything was closed out properly would highly recommend renting a car here!!”

After being in a total loss accident, I was already dealing with enough stress, but this place really made all the difference. Everyone on the rental side was amazing. “This was my first time renting from this Hertz location. After I had picked up the rental, I noticed a small gash in the side of the tire. I promptly returned to Hertz and showed them the issue. I was immediately given another car with no hassle. I greatly appreciate the employee who made it a priority to get me into a car that was safe and met my needs. Thanks Hertz!!”

“After reading some pretty poor reviews before collecting our hire car, I was quite nervous about collection our car! I'm pleased to say that we received excellent service from the staff behind the counter, who despite us being 24hrs late to collect (due to a cancelled flight), dealt with the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I should mention that we collected our car the day after flying into Indy, at 8am, and so the desks were pretty quiet. It can be much busier in the evenings.
The car provided was excellent, very clean and pretty much brand new.”

“Enterprise Plainfield goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They quickly get me in to a vehicle so that I am off and on my vacation. This trip they totally impressed me. I had asked if they could drop me off at a hotel near the airport and they did!!! Hailey drove me and we had quite a nice chat. My go to rental car company is Enterprise and when in Indiana, I go to Plainfield.”
