“We had a great experience at American Mattress. Service was excellent. We worked with Braiden, who was extremely knowledgeable about the different build and technology of each mattress. Highly recommend!”

“Finally! A furniture store that actually follows through with an order! We previously ordered from another place but kept getting delayed… delayed… delayed. We were so frustrated. We found Hoosier Home Furnishings. They were so easy to work with, provided options, financing, a couple laughs and they were very personable. They provided an estimate on delivery and called to update us. We received our couch!!! The movers they use are professional and think outside the box when trying to get a large sectional in an older house! Will definitly go back when we need something new for the house. Thanks again Hoosier Home Furnishings!”

“Troy was a true blessing today. I moved my father in town this morning and the movers were unfamiliar with Sleep Number beds. They didn't know to take the necessary precautions which resulted in Dad's bed not inflating properly. It looked like there was a huge hump on the top left side of the mattress and was absolutely sunken in everywhere else. We initially looked at a service call but that option wasn't available. Troy then pulled up Dad's account to check for warrantee information and we discovered that this bed is 22 years old! Troy said that it's not unusual for Sleep Number beds to last that long. When we looked at purchasing a new bed, we were told that the earliest we could expect delivery was about 4 weeks out. Cheese and crackers!!! My 91-year-old dad was not going to be able to wait that long!!!! THEN Troy saved the day. He explained in detail how we could check the bed ourselves and possibly FIX it ourselves!!! After making sure we understood, he gave me his card and we went to the new apartment to try it. IT WORKED!!!!! Four hours of frustration fixed in less than 5 minutes!!! I cannot thank TROY enough for his thoroughness, his patience, and his help. I certainly hope his employers appreciate what a gem they have in Troy.”
